This program is all about the individual and their unique needs. Jenna observed that many “coaches” focus on their programs and protocols, which led her to develop the lifestyle design program.

Unlike conventional coaching, lifestyle design offers a bespoke experience tailored to your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. It places you at the center of the process, prioritizing your likes and needs. Unlike traditional coaching that offers generic suggestions, Jenna focuses on identifying what resonates with you, what brings you joy, and what enhances your overall well-being.

Through the lifestyle design program, Jenna invites you to discover what delights your soul. Together, you will explore healing arts practices you love, creating a harmonious blend of experiences. Throughout the program, you will try various skills and practices to craft the perfect mix of meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, energy work, breathwork, and somatic exercises, cultivating your most peaceful and present life.

Begin with an initial commitment of three months (12 weekly sessions), with the option for additional follow-up sessions as needed. During this journey, you will examine various aspects of your life, uncovering sources of joy, stress, overwhelm, excitement, and everything in between. Jenna will introduce you to a variety of healing modalities and practices, guiding you in seamlessly integrating these tools into your life.

Personalized One-On-One Sessions
Experience individualized one-on-one sessions crafted to meet your unique needs. Each hour-long session is designed to provide a profound experience through guided meditation or sound healing. Unlike our signature Lifestyle Design sessions, these are standalone or a series of sessions focused on achieving specific outcomes. Rather than exploring individual emotions and integrating practices into your daily routine, these sessions serve as a self-care ritual.
While they may resemble a meditation class or sound bath, these sessions are tailored for individuals who want to delve deeper into these healing modalities. The intention is to meet you where you are.
Our journey begins with a 10-15-minute in-depth discussion to understand your intentions and goals for the session. You will then immerse yourself in the practice for 30-40 minutes, fully absorbing its benefits. As the session concludes, we'll engage in a 10-15-minute comprehensive debrief, exploring your experiences and addressing any questions or insights you may have.
These sessions are ideal for individuals working through specific issues, such as energetically releasing trauma, and can complement traditional therapeutic services like those offered by licensed therapists, psychologists, or psychiatrists.
I offer in-person sessions for those who prefer a personal touch, and a blend of virtual and in-person interactions is available for those seeking flexibility. These sessions are entirely focused on you and your journey toward holistic well-being.
Incorporating the therapeutic benefits of sound, you have the option to enjoy a rejuvenating sound bath or integrate sound therapy into your meditation experience.
