Description
Some young adults have a clear understanding of their emotions, while others may experience a broader, more diffuse range of feelings. A Wheel of Life exercise can be particularly beneficial for those in the latter category. This involves examining various aspects of the student’s life, such as school, family, physical environment, health, and social interactions, to pinpoint areas causing or potentially causing dysregulation.
For students who already know their stressors, we start there. Once we identify these triggers, we can introduce tailored tools and skills to manage them effectively. These coping strategies will be personalized, and I will facilitate their implementation, providing real-time feedback and modifications through ongoing communication.
